I used Maple City Movers to pack and load a sea-container, it was a very good experience.
Jacklyn handled my account. She was very professional, coordinated the timing to my time-frame. She did a great job, the staff were available at the appointed time.
The staff, Jon & Baron, were excellent. They packed the items well and moved them very efficiently into the sea-container without doing any damage to walls, paint or doors of my home.
I strongly recommend the staff and services to everyone that requires professional packing/moving.

Maple City Movers accommodated my home move after Christmas and I cannot recommend or thank them enough. Every time I look at my favorite pieces of furniture in my new home I am reminded of the care, consideration and respect given to myself, my spaces and belongings during the move. The movers arrived on time, were professional and quick in their work taking extra care on packing and moving fragile pieces (mirrors, tables, glass) + boxes! I have used Maple City Movers in the past for U-Haul rental, storage locker rental and equipment rental. Each time I have been impressed with their professionalism and their commitment to providing outstanding customer service. So, when my wife and I needed a moving company to move our belongings from our apartment to our new home I contacted Maple City Movers to see if they could do the job for us. Well of course they could and what an outstanding job they did! From the first time I contacted them to get a quote until the move was completed and the invoice settled I was always kept informed about where we were in the process and what was happening next. It was necessary that the move take place on the day I requested and it did. There were no delays and the movers arrived on time and immediately set to work packing the truck. They worked quickly but carefully for both the packing and unpacking and completed the move much faster than I had anticipated. Thank You Maple City Movers. Great Job!

Office coordinator was excellent! Contacted us in advance of the move, confirmed where our truck would be available, movers were onsite in advance of the agreed upon time. Friendly, courteous and professional, they came equipped with their supplies (bonus points for having a set of allan keys we could borrow).

Was very impressed by the friendly customer service from Jacklyn at Maple City Movers. I had a problem trying to get a trailer hitch into my tow bar, that I rented from Maple City Movers. Jacklyn went above and beyond and solved my issue. It was so nice to this level of customer service!!! Over the past four months, my husband and I have used Maple City Mini-Storage for both short-term storage and for moving services.
Storage: we had absolutely no issues with our storage unit. It was new and our contents were protected. Communication from the Maple City team about billing and additional notifications was timely and always professional.
Moving services: we used the moving service twice in this period - from challenging apartment building (no elevator or buzzer system) to storage unit and then from storage unit to a high-rise condo complex (elevators and buzzer, thankfully) in another city. On both occasions, the movers (virtually the same crew) were fast, efficient and maintained professionalism. There were no mishaps, broken items or damage to the buildings.
The team was compassionate and very understanding as we had an emergency family situation that required us to relocate quickly. We would like to thank Kate, Jacklyn, Justin, Dylan, Zailen and the rest of the Maple City Mini-Storage team for going above and beyond to make our relocation process smooth and definitely less stressful. We highly recommend them for any storage or moving needs in Southwestern Ontario.

Excellent service, very professional - came to the house and accessed the size of truck needed the day prior to the move. Two very nice young men were introduced to me before the move and they were very professional and hard working. Rented a Uhaul from them and the truck was clean and in good working order. Called after drop off and move and asked if I was happy. Very impressed and will use this company again!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful moving company! From my first contact to my last, I found them to be very friendly, honest, professional and extremely helpful. All team members involved went far and above to help me with my move to another town. Richard and Jacklyn helped arrange and organize every step of the process from choosing the right size truck for my needs to making sure they had a team of movers ready to load my truck on day 1, unload and move me into my new house on day 2. They had the movers pick the truck up for me and return it when the job was done. They drove the truck for me both days and stored it overnight in their locked compound to be certain everything was safe and secure. The loading and unloading was done very efficiently and they all took great care to make sure everything was done properly and carefully, nothing broken! Moving days can be very daunting and stressful, they handled everything for me, I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
